At Perilume, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may encounter unforeseen issues. That's why we have crafted a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us. 

Easy Returns Within 30 Days

We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Simple Return Process 

Initiating a return is hassle-free. Simply contact our dedicated Customer Support Team via email at updates@perilume.com or use the contact form located on our contact us page to kickstart the process. 

If your return is accepted, our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and our return shipping address, making it convenient for you to send the product back to us. You're responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returns. 

Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that occasionally issues may arise. if you encounter any manufacturing flaws or damage due to shipping, please reach out to us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

Swift Refund Processing

Once your return is received and verified by the Perilume finance team, we'll expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

No Restocking Fees

We don't impose any restocking fees on returned products, your satisfaction matters most, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible for you.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window for order modifications or cancellations. Simply reach out to us, and if your order hasn't entered the fulfilment process, we'll accommodate your request without any hassle.
