At the moment, we ship to addresses within Canada and USA. Unfortunately, we’re not able to fulfil international orders right now. However, we’re always exploring ways to expand, so stay tuned for future updates on international shipping!

Order Cutoff Time: 8pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Orders placed by 8pm EST will begin processing the same day. Any orders placed after 8pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

Order Handling Time: 0 - 2 Days (Monday - Friday)
Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 0 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). This means your order could ship as soon as the same day or within two business days, depending on order volume and time of order.

Transit Time:

Standard Shipping Transit Time: 3 - 7 Business Days (Monday - Friday)

Express Shipping Transit Time: 2 - 5 Business Days (Monday - Friday)

This transit time only includes Monday through Friday and does not account for weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at updates@perilume.com. We’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and that you’re always in the loop!

When ordering as a gift, simply enter your email address to receive the order confirmation and summary. Be sure to provide the recipient’s name and shipping information for delivery.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund—no questions asked. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Before initiating a return, please send us an email at updates@perilume.com so we can assist you with the process.
